Hi, I’m Rosie.
Whether you’re here because something feels off in your body or you’re simply craving a deeper sense of connection and wellbeing within yourself, I want you to know this: you don’t have to figure it out alone.
My path into this work began as a teenager when my mum started her own journey with kinesiology and became a practitioner. As a child who often felt anxious, I discovered that kinesiology offered me a sense of relief, reassurance and safety that traditional counselling couldn't quite conjure. More than anything, it helped me feel truly safe and at home in my body. After finishing high school, I began studying kinesiology myself alongside an International Relations degree. With a little life experience over the next few years, I came to realise that lasting change really does begin from within and decided to fully commit to working with clients.
During my clinical years, I’ve found my passion in supporting others in reconnecting with the deep sense of peace and empowerment I’d learned to cultivate in myself when I started working in harmony with my body rather than pushing against it.

I’m a naturally curious being so I’m often diving into niche areas of interest and attending workshops, seminars and events that help me stay up to date with the latest research and relevant practices.
“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

My approach is rooted in embodiment, nervous system regulation and the innate wisdom of the body.
These four pillars form the foundation of my sessions, offering a gentle and grounded path back to your most resilient and resourced self.
-
So much of modern life pulls us out of our bodies and away from what truly matters. My sessions invite you to slow down, feel deeply and rediscover your relationship with yourself - from the inside out.
Through somatic awareness and mindfulness practices we begin to soften patterns of disconnection and invite presence through your body, your breath and your inner world.
This is where the magic begins: Remembering that your body is a safe place to land. -
True resilience begins with knowing what supports you.
In my sessions we explore your unique resources - internal and external - that bring a sense of safety, steadiness, and grounding.
You’ll learn how to identify and cultivate personal tools, practices and relationships that can support you in moments of stress or uncertainty, building a strong foundation for your nervous system to rest and repair.
This work isn’t about adding more onto your plate. It’s about discovering the anchors you already have and gently deepening into them. You don’t have to navigate this process alone; your system was built for support. -
Regulation is the art of supporting your nervous system in moving through life’s waves with more ease.
My sessions focus on supporting your body’s natural capacity to shift between states - calming when overwhelmed, energising when depleted and staying adaptable in life’s ebbs and flows.Working with trauma-informed practices, I work with your body’s natural rhythms to gently guide your system toward balance and integration.
You’ll begin to recognise your patterns not as flaws, but as protective responses and learn to meet them with compassion and skill.
Regulation isn’t about perfection - it’s creating space for choice, presence, and ease. -
Life isn’t just about surviving, it’s about remembering how to truly thrive.
Once safety and regulation has been established, there is always the invitation to reclaim joy, creativity and the full aliveness of being in your body.
As we move through disconnection and dysregulation, we make space for vitality to return - often in surprising and beautiful ways.
To revitalise is about celebrating what it means to feel truly embodied and to trust your body’s impulse toward life. Whether it’s through movement, expression, or quiet renewal, this is where you begin to shine again from the inside out.
Why this work?
In a world that often asks us to disconnect from ourselves, I’m passionate about helping people slow down and listen in to reconnect with their own innate intelligence.
At the core of my work is a belief that healing is not about fixing what’s broken. It’s about remembering what’s whole. So many of us have been taught to override our bodies, disconnect from our needs and live in survival mode. I’m passionate about creating a space where your body feels safe enough to soften, release and realign with its natural rhythm. Because when the nervous system is regulated, we don’t just survive - we thrive, connect and come alive.
I’m passionate about gently interrupting that cycle of disconnection and offering a space where your nervous system can exhale. This is a space where your body is honoured as wise and where healing doesn’t require effort - only presence. Through my training and skills, I support the body in reorganising itself, not through force. By attuning and listening. By allowing what’s ready to shift, to shift.
This work isn’t just about relief from symptoms - it’s about restoring your connection to self. It’s about giving the body permission to lead the way, to remember its own rhythm, its own safety, its own capacity to heal. When we come back into relationship with our bodies, we come back into relationship with life itself.
Ultimately, I see this work as an invitation: to return home to yourself. To reconnect with the part of you that is already whole. And to walk your unique path - regulated, resourced, and deeply rooted in your own truth.
